Step 1 How many and what type of Photos
Decide how many and what type of photographs you need and make a note the time each type takes to shoot. If you’ve missed this information scroll back up page or use button below
Step 2 Add in Studio Set up time - 20 minutes
Next multiply the number of photos by the time each type takes to shoot and then add in 20 minutes studio set up time to give your total in minutes
Step 3 Match up the Minutes
Next match total minutes to the nearest package e.g. 7 headshots = 70 mins, a team shot 20 mins and studio set up 20 mins. In this example our 2 hour/120 minutes would be perfect

- Step 2 – Add in studio setup time 20 minutes
- Step 3 – match the nearest time on site package to your needs i.e. 2, 4 or 6 hours on your site
- Step 4 – if a package doesn’t fit exactly consider what other types of corporate photography we can do while on your site from list above

- Examples of how to use shooting time
- A) 10 corporate headshots = 100 minutes, plus studio setup time 20 minutes.
- B) 8 Corporate headshots = 80 minutes, plus a groupshot = 20 minutes, plus studio time 20 minutes = 120 minutes.
- C) 5 Corporate headshots = 50 minutes, plus corporate actions shots = 50 minutes.
- 4 hours (240 minutes) on site

- C) 12 corporate headshots = 120 minutes, plus 2 group shots = 40 minutes, plus a corporate portrait = 20 minutes, plus corporate action shots 40 minutes, plus studio set up time 20 minutes.
